To cancel a Pending Withdrawal Request, log in to your account then navigate to ‘My Account’ tab (Locations: on Web: Top Right, on iOS: Bottom Center, on Android: Click the ). Then select 'Banking' then click 'Pending Withdrawal'.
Scroll down to the Pending Withdrawals section and select the withdrawal request you would like to cancel in order to expand that section. Select 'Cancel Withdrawal Request'.
Once complete, you will see a message that says 'Transaction was canceled.'
Please note that the Pending Withdrawal Requests that are not canceled within a few hours may not appear. If you do not see the Pending Withdrawal Request you would like to cancel, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
